Building a Better: Orghotts Daemonspew

The title is a bit misleading, as there's nothing wrong with Daemonspew really, I've just personally never been a huge fan of his sculpt. The Maggoth is awesome, but the rider has always left me a bit wanting. I also really like the idea of making my own, unique Maggoth Lord, so with that in mind Orghotts went under the hobby knife!

This was the oldest non-updated Battletome still out there, and also one of my favorite armies in AoS, so I was very excited to crack it open and check it out. CLASSIC TUTORIAL: Contrast Eternals!

With the new Stormcast Eternals stuff coming out soon I figured it would be a good time to revisit one of my painting tutorials for them. This method uses Contrast Paint with some metallics and highlights to get a quick and good looking Anvils of the Heldenhammer Stormcast. Although this is used on one of the Sacrosanct models, it will work just as well on the new Thunderstrike armored minis coming out!
