Another year and another amazing Adepticon has come and gone. This is an event I always look forward to and it was even better then last year! More tournaments, more games, and even a meeting with Games Workshop themselves!

REVIEW: The Binary Succession

I'm a big fan of all of the audio dramas that Black Library puts out, and they continue to surpass their past efforts with each one they make. The Binary Succession by David Annandale is no exception to this. Besides being wonderfully performed, the story is gripping and explores the complicated politics of the High Lords of Terra, the Mechanicum and deals with a huge moment in Imperial History.

Last night Games Workshop lifted the veil of secrecy on their newest army for Age of Sigmar, the Kharadron Overlords, and wow, what an army it is! These guys are unlike anything we have seen so far and it's safe to say I am thoroughly impressed.

TUTORIAL: Kairic Acolyte

I got some of the Disciples of Tzeentch models when they came out back in January and between projects decided it would be a fun break to paint up a test model. My goal was for it to be quick and look good, which meant once again priming it white and use a lot of shades. At roughly an hour and a half for this mini I think it turned out pretty good.

SHOWCASE: Lord-Relictor

When I first heard about the new Stormcast book coming out and the fact that there would be new prayers for the Priests to use I knew it was time to paint up my Lord-Relictor. I always liked the model, but he was just a bit underwhelming in the game. Now I had a reason to work on him though and he was much easier to paint then I thought he would be.
